After spending the last two seasons with Fenerbahce in Turkey, Dzeko has left the club on a free transfer under the guidance of coach Jose Mourinho. This marks his return to Italy, where he previously played for Roma and Inter Milan.
During his time at Fenerbahce, Dzeko scored 21 goals in 53 games across all competitions, demonstrating his continued ability as a striker. Throughout his career, Dzeko has played for several teams, including Zeljeznicar in his home country of Bosnia, Usti nad Labem and Teplice in the Czech Republic, and German club Wolfsburg.
He joined Manchester City in 2011 for £27 million and later played for Roma, Inter, and Fenerbahce. Dzeko has also represented Bosnia in international competitions, earning 141 caps and scoring 68 goals, while providing 29 assists.
