He expressed his gratitude towards his teammates, saying, "It's a wonderful group. When I first joined, I was worried that they might look at me with suspicion, but instead, they welcomed me really well."
Sucic also shared that he spoke with his national teammates, including Kovacic, Brozovic, and Perisic, before joining Inter Milan. They gave him valuable advice on life in Milan and even offered to help him find a house.
However, Sucic and his family left immediately after signing the contract, so they didn't have time to look for a house. He did receive a nice message from Lautaro, which made him feel welcome.
When asked about the possibility of his Croatia teammate Luka Modric joining AC Milan, Sucic said, "Let him sign. I've been watching his football for ten years, and it would be great to challenge him."
Sucic also shared that he looked up to players like Modric, Iniesta, Xavi, and Busquets when he was growing up. However, he wants to be remembered for who he is and not for imitating others.
